Power completed its' first "green" building in 1999, prior to much public awareness of the LEED Certification concept. Since then, Power has been involved in numerous projects where being "green" (LEED) is a genuine goal.

Current / Recent LEED Projects Include:

  • Lurie Children’s Hospital: $650 million LEED Certified replacement hospital
  • Rush University Medical Center, Plan for Transformation: $850 million program including a new LEED Certified hospital building
  • Northwest Community Hospital: $180 million LEED Gold bed tower project
  • Lutheran General Hospital: $149 million LEED Gold bed tower project
  • CityGate Centre: $72 million mixed-use project that includes a 219,000 sf LEED Silver office building and a 144-room LEED Certified hotel property
  • Panduit Headquarters: $70 million LEED Gold corporate headquarters campus
  • Roosevelt University: $100 million LEED Certified academic and student housing project
  • Blackhawk and Halsted: Phase II of a $43 million LEED Certified mixed-use development
  • Pinnacle VII: a $15 million LEED Silver warehouse building
